I will write Directions here, on how to properly use this Whitening Gel!•Directions to Use: 2 wks = 14 Days•TIME: ONLY for 40 mins to 1 Hr Max•Place a Tear Drop In the Tray. Right infront of teeth, in the Tray - DO NOT Put Alot, It will burn the gums. By far my fave teeth whitening system. You do need your own retainers - but I have been using this for years - so I have my retainers.It works really well even after a few uses. Was originally recommended to me by my dentist. Really affordable way to keep teeth white
